Meat Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at The David Sullivan Group of Companies LTD.-IGA#016. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our meat department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our meat department team members to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel matters to provide insightful reports to management.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively handle customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in the meat department.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that our meat department is always stocked with fresh and high-quality products.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our meat department team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
