Job Title: Meat Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at The David Sullivan Group of Companies LTD.-IGA#016. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our meat department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our meat department team members to ensure seamless operations and optimal productivity.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel matters to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Resolve Issues: Effectively handle customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that our meat department is always stocked with a wide range of products.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our meat department team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a meat department or similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
