We are a leading for-profit thrift operator in the United States, Canada, and Australia, dedicated to championing reuse and inspiring a future where second-hand is second nature.
Our mission is to redirect billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, while providing valuable funding for community-based programs and services through our nonprofit partners.
We operate under various brands, including Savers, 2nd Ave, Value Village, Unique, Village des Valeurs, and Savers Australia.
About the RoleAs a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in driving business results and developing your team members. You will make important decisions that impact store success and continuously develop and empower your team.
The Retail Store Supervisor role may include opportunities in Operations, Production, and Retail, with specific responsibilities such as:
- Front End Supervisor
- Production Supervisor
- Community Donation Supervisor
