Job Overview

As an Aquatic Supervisor and Swim Instructor at The Boulevard Club, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members in and around the pool area. This includes preventing accidents, performing first aid and water rescue, and providing high-quality aquatic instruction to our membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Water Rescue and First Aid: Perform water rescue and first aid when necessary, ensuring the prompt and effective response to emergencies.
  • Pool Supervision: Safely and effectively supervise the pools, splash pad, and deck areas, adhering to Club rules, regulations, and policies, as well as those of the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
  • Pool Maintenance: Ensure the pools, splash pad, and deck areas are safe and clean, and that deck furniture and pool accessories are kept orderly and stored correctly after use.
  • Swim Instruction: Teach swim classes as assigned, following established core and lesson plans, and ensuring classes are well-organized and effectively taught.

  • National Lifeguard Certification
  • Standard First Aid with CPR C
  • LSS Swim Instructor Certification
  • LSS Lifesaving Instructor Certification
