Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget and Schedule Tracking : Monitor and maintain budgets and schedules for small and medium-scale projects, ensuring financial efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Client Account and Invoice Management : Manage client accounts, including invoicing and ensuring timely payments, while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Project Accounting : Oversee project accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial requirements.

What you'll bring to WSP:

  • University Degree in finance or business or related field
  • Basic knowledge of project accounting
  • Knowledge of Oracle an asset
  • At least 1 year of experience in related project support in a multi-disciplinary environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively with other professionals on project development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
