About the Role

Xpera is seeking a highly skilled Property Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Property Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and adjusting property claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate property claims to determine the extent of damage and liability
  • Communicate with policyholders and claimants to gather information and provide updates
  • Negotiate settlements with policyholders and claimants
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of claims and correspondence
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in claims adjusting
  • Ability to qualify for at least a level 1 AB Adjuster's license
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
