At Intact, we're looking for a skilled Property Claims Analyst to join our West Property – Coaching & Quality Assurance team in the West. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your technical knowledge and adjusting experience to complete internal file reviews of property claims.

This role requires a minimum of 2 days per week working within one of the Intact offices. You'll work closely with multiple teams within the claim's organization, building strong working relationships and providing support where necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing monthly claims file audits through the Internal File Review program, leakage alerts, and any other reviews as required.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, coaching individuals and teams, and challenging the status quo through recommendations.
  • Analyzing and presenting information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences within the organization.
  • Facilitating working sessions with experts from different fields and levels of leadership.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of claims adjusting experience, with a focus on commercial property.
  • Experience with additional lines of business considered an asset.
  • Experience in quality assurance considered an asset.
  • CIP completed or in progress (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and coach others.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and influence stakeholders.
