At Intact Financial Corporation, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our national talent acquisition team as a Manager, Talent Acquisition - Corporate Functions. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent and drive business results.

About the Role

We're seeking a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results. As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
  • Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants to achieve recruitment goals
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure timely hiring of quality talent
  • Partnering with internal employer brand teams to inform talent attraction strategies
  • Building impactful recruitment strategies that support our hiring goals
  • Tracking and analyzing performance indicators to assess team performance and make strategic decisions

What You Bring to the Table

  • Seven to ten years of related experience, preferably in a complex organization, including three to five years of people management experience
  • Experience with recruitment strategies for corporate functions (finance, investment, marketing, etc.) for professional and management positions
  • Effective communication and relationship management
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt and promote change management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Analytical ability: constantly think about the best way to measure results and transform data into meaningful measures
