Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic treasury and risk management plans to optimize capital structure and minimize risk.
- Lead the design and oversight of financial risk management, including policy development, risk measurement, and control framework.
- Provide leadership in monitoring policy compliance, currency and interest rate exposures, and implementation of related policies and controls.
- Advise on funding matters and provide leadership in the investment of pension assets.
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

- Experience managing a team of professionals and developing close working relationships with business partners.
