Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Canada Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making adjustments and minor repairs to various systems, and contacting tradespersons for major repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repair
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact tradespersons for major repairs
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs as required
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in building maintenance
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding work.
