Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in our Emergency Department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the standards of nursing practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Minimum of two years of experience in emergency nursing or a related field
  • Current ACLS and PALS certification
  • CTAS certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
