Employment Agency Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employment Agency Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our employment agency operations, ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Service Quality Assessment: Develop and implement strategies to assess and improve service quality, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
- Policies and Procedures: Plan, develop, and organize policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Representation: Represent Ontario Inc. in various economic and social organizations, promoting our brand and services.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Area of Specialization: Telecommunications, Business Services, Employment Agency Services, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Strategy
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Large caseload, Large workload, Tight deadlines, Work under pressure

- Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities
- Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities
- Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
- Offers workshops, counselling services or other resources to help Veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce
- Offers flexible onboarding options to allow Veterans to gradually adapt to the civilian workplace
- Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
- Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination
- Offers phased retirement options that allow mature workers to gradually reduce their workload
- Provides workspace accommodations, such as age-appropriate ergonomic considerations, to meet the physical needs of mature workers
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities
