Job Title: Employment Agency Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employment Agency Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our human resources department.

Job Summary:

The Employment Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our employment agency, including hiring, training, and directing staff. This role will also involve developing and implementing service quality assessment strategies, planning and organizing policies and procedures, and representing the company in various economic and social organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure the highest level of service quality.
  • Develop and implement service quality assessment strategies to measure and improve performance.
  • Plan, develop, and organize policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Represent the company in various economic and social organizations to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
