Employment Agency Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employment Agency Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our employment agency operations, ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Service Quality Assessment: Develop and implement strategies to assess and improve service quality, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
- Policies and Procedures: Plan, develop, and organize policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Representation: Represent Ontario Inc. in various economic and social organizations, promoting our brand and services.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality results.
The Employment Agency Manager will supervise a team of 3-4 employees.

- Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
- Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination
- Offers phased retirement options that allow mature workers to gradually reduce their workload
- Provides workspace accommodations, such as age-appropriate ergonomic considerations, to meet the physical needs of mature workers
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
