Food Service Manager

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare and submit reports, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare budget and cost estimates, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The work involves standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
