As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations during evening and Saturday shifts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet and assist customers upon arrival at the dealership
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle inquiries from customers both in-person and over the phone
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Strong command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications

**Shifts:**

  • Monday to Thursday: 4 PM - 8 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM
  • Additional shifts may be available to cover for the main receptionist during sick days or time off. Flexibility and availability to take on extra shifts is highly desirable.
