DSW Supervisor Part-time Job Description

We're seeking a Part-time Supervisor to join our DSW team at Woodland Hills. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and product knowledge to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate team members.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
