As a Retail Operations Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and operational success. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will manage all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, front-end processes, team recruitment and development, scheduling, and inventory oversight. Your leadership will foster an environment where team members feel appreciated and motivated to contribute to the store's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide a team of associates to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Manage merchandising, front-end processes, recruitment and development, scheduling, and inventory control.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Collaborative and approachable team player.
  • Strong focus on safety and compliance.
  • Excellent time management and productivity skills.
  • Physical capability to lift, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Completion of secondary education.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership position, ideally within the retail sector.
