Accessible Vehicle Operator

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Accessible Vehicle Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to our passengers, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities- Transport passengers in wheelchair-accessible vehicles to pre-approved destinations in a safe and timely manner.
- Follow all road safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our passengers.
- Communicate effectively with our Dispatch Department and navigate our company systems daily.
- Assist passengers with their needs, including carrying luggage, assisting with seatbelts, and other items as required.
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service.
- 10 years of driving experience with a valid G Driver's License.
- Good overall physical health and ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
- Ability to comfortably wear a protective mask and work with sanitizing products.
- Valid CPR Certificate and ability to provide a current police check, including a vulnerable sector search.
- Strong knowledge of the regional geographic area and the metropolitan Greater Toronto Area.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English language.
- Customer service-oriented and able to determine if a passenger has physical limitations requiring additional support.
- Company-provided vehicle and company-paid smartphone.
- Door-to-door pay, inclusive of all travel and wait time to/from passenger trips.
