Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails Salon and Spa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials, and resolve work problems.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of 5-10 staff members, train them in job duties and safety procedures, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Ensure a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
