Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails Salon and Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.

Our salon is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. We are looking for a team player who is organized, reliable, and has excellent interpersonal skills.
