Hearing Protection Sales Specialist

As a Hearing Protection Sales Specialist at Custom Protect Ear Inc., you will play a critical role in helping people protect their hearing where hearing protection is required. You will be responsible for managing a defined territory, working with customers to understand their hearing protection needs, and providing expert recommendations on our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a defined territory and develop new accounts through cold calling, presentations, and relationship management.
- Provide expert recommendations on our hearing protection products and services to customers.
- Work with customers to understand their hearing protection needs and provide solutions.
- Manage Hearing Protection Specialist(s) and their schedules within the territory to make ear impressions of employees at customer locations.
- Input and manage all data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Submit sales forecasts, pipelines, and key account plans to grow the territory.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, measured through Net Promoter Scores.
- Provide market trends and market intel to the leadership team when identified.
- 5+ years of sales experience in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or healthcare-related field.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical information, and procedures.
- Detail orientation that empowers pricing decisions, customer relationship management, and scheduling of complex tasks.
- Highly ethical in handling unpublished samples and equipment, able to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook email, Word, Excel).
The work is performed at customer remote locations and at a home office, requiring the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. You will also operate a computer keyboard and mouse for prolonged periods and communicate effectively with internal and external partners in person, on the phone, and via email.
