As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that schedules are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and ensure that all correspondence is professional and timely.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
