Overview

Fountain Tire is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and consultation on tire services and requirements.
  • Share product knowledge and technical expertise with customers to build business and drive sales.
  • Quote and finalize sales, and complete customer follow-up.
  • Schedule customer appointments for tire services.
  • Recommend tire services, specialty tire services, and wheel services to customers.
  • Ensure accurate billing of products to customers.
  • Conduct proactive calls to customers to assess satisfaction with service received.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the tire industry is an asset.
  • Background in retail mechanical service required.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • 1-2 years of retail customer relations and/or customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build a team and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Current, valid driver's license.
