Administrative Assistant

At Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases
- Coordinate employee orientations and safety training
- Assist with business development events and activities
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Office 365 and Microsoft Office
- Proficient in data entry and accurate record-keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
