Position Overview

The Lamb Company is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee and manage inventory operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient logistics and stock management within our organization.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve operational goals.
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of inventory management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory status.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggestions to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Provide training to staff on operational duties and company policies.
  • Assign, review, and manage team workloads.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
Required Equipment
  • Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory.

Experience

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required.
