Position Overview

The Lamb Company is seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee and enhance our inventory management processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our logistics and inventory systems.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate the logistical operations of the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory status.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for equipment.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Train staff on their responsibilities and company policies.
  • Assign, review, and manage the workflow of team members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
