Keller Williams Empowered Realty is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our thriving team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless real estate transactions from contract to closing.

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for assisting both our valued clients and real estate agents throughout the entire process. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive support to real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders by managing all escrow documentation, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
  • Meticulously reviewing all paperwork to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper signatures, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient closing process.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, forwarding necessary documents to the office broker for compliance, and diligently tracking transaction activities.
  • Facilitating the approval of buyer offers and counteroffers by the seller, ensuring a streamlined real estate sales process.
  • Coordinating moving arrangements and attending all closing-related meetings.
  • Utilizing our LoneWolf system to input trades and send documents for electronic signatures via DocuSign.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing commission payments with precision.
  • Proactively following up on outstanding items from realtors and cooperating brokerages.
  • Providing training to realtors on document uploading procedures within the brokerage system.
  • Completing bank deposits and issuing deposit receipts.
  • Maintaining a well-organized filing system for all transaction documents.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for serving others and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Possession of a real estate license or active pursuit of one.
  • High school diploma required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and communication abilities are essential.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are crucial for success in this role.
