Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at 12917327 Canada Corp. as a key member of our administrative services department.
Key Responsibilities- Department Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the administrative services department, ensuring effective management of resources and operations.
- Financial Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and collect financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments to inform business decisions.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of administrative services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate for this position.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
