Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Snowbirds Consultancy Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolving conflict situations as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including electronic mail, social media, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Area of work experience in law and area of specialization in second language education.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing situations.
