In this role, your primary responsibility will be to expertly manage the patient journey, which includes assessing and fitting individuals with hearing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience by providing guidance and education.
- Perform diagnostic assessments through hearing evaluations and tests, recommending optimal hearing aid solutions.
- Facilitate hearing aid fittings and manage related documentation, including Workers Compensation and Medical Reports.
- Promote hearing aids by informing patients about their hearing loss and the available technology to improve their auditory experience.
- Ensure thorough follow-up care for all patients, including scheduling checkups.
- Generate leads through community networking and outreach initiatives.
- Foster repeat and referral business by ensuring an outstanding experience for every patient.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and pricing guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the hearing aid sector.
- Strong dedication to providing excellent patient care and customer service.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously while demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for both patients and colleagues.
- Must hold a valid registration as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in the relevant province.
