In this role, your primary responsibility will be to expertly manage the patient journey, which includes assessing and fitting individuals with hearing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience by providing guidance and education.
  • Perform diagnostic assessments through hearing evaluations and tests, recommending optimal hearing aid solutions.
  • Facilitate hearing aid fittings and manage related documentation, including Workers Compensation and Medical Reports.
  • Promote hearing aids by informing patients about their hearing loss and the available technology to improve their auditory experience.
  • Ensure thorough follow-up care for all patients, including scheduling checkups.
  • Generate leads through community networking and outreach initiatives.
  • Foster repeat and referral business by ensuring an outstanding experience for every patient.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and pricing guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the hearing aid sector.
  • Strong dedication to providing excellent patient care and customer service.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously while demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • A commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for both patients and colleagues.
  • Must hold a valid registration as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in the relevant province.
