About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at KMJE Investments Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless execution of food service operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting and Record Keeping

Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service operations role
