Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KMJE Investments Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring that all necessary resources are available
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Strong client focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
