Senior Consultant Executive Compensation

As a Senior Consultant Executive Compensation, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Total Rewards strategy by providing expert analysis and guidance on executive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement executive compensation programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to analyze market competitiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, HR, and finance teams, to ensure seamless execution of compensation programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in executive compensation, and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Total Rewards and executive compensation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience creating complex spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
