Senior Consultant, Consulting Services

As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting Services team, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of executive compensation programs that drive business results and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and administer executive compensation programs that align with Sun Life's compensation philosophy and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and business partners to understand their compensation needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compensation-related projects and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation-related matters to senior leaders and business partners.
Requirements:
  • University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 7+ years of Human Resources experience; preferably in executive compensation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HR Information Systems.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
