Your Role: Shaping Risk Management in Financial Markets
As a Senior Manager within our Operational Business Strategy, Resilience & Risk Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial well-being of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks specific to the dynamic world of Financial Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework for third parties and market infrastructure within the Financial Markets sector.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of skilled risk management professionals dedicated to third-party and market infrastructure oversight.
- Establish contractual governance practices aligned with industry best practices in third-party management, ensuring ongoing portfolio health assessments for the Financial Markets sector.
- Drive strategic direction within the sector to optimize supplier performance and ensure alignment with Banque Nationale's overarching objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across Financial Markets and supporting sectors, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive risk reports for executive committees, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7-10 years of experience; or Master's degree with 5-6 years of experience.
- Proven expertise in third-party risk management.
- In-depth understanding of market infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in compliance, operational risk management, or information technology is highly valued.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.
- Mastery of the Financial Markets sector and its supporting functions.

- Fluent in French and English.
