Job Summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
    • Process and document all receipts, including verifying quantities and checking for damage
  • Inventory Management
    • Accurately count and record inventory levels, including tracking and reporting discrepancies
    • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, using a variety of equipment and technology
    • Verify order accuracy and completeness before shipping
  • Warehouse Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing storage areas
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating equipment and checking for damage
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other warehouse team members to achieve goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
