About the Role

Fiera Foods Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
    • Process and store products in a safe and organized manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
    • Monitor and report on inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment
  • Shipping and Logistics
    • Prepare and load shipments for delivery to customers
    • Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Equipment Operation
    • Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products and materials
    • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored
  • Safety and Quality
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
    • Identify and report any quality control issues to ensure products meet company standards
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
