About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate at ABAHAN IMPEX INC. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery
  • Inventory Management: Obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom, Unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items, Record incoming stock
  • Stockroom Maintenance: Stock shelves and display areas, Keep stock clean and in order
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, Process electronic transactions using computer equipment, Operate cash register
  • Warehouse Operations: Operate electric palette jack, Operate forklift, Order picking
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
  • Language: English
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work, Available for the advertised start date
Work Environment

The work site environment is dusty and hot. The work setting is a warehouse and wholesalers. The job requires standing for extended periods, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. Overtime is required.
