JOB DESCRIPTION


VIDUKA Group is seeking to recruit capable and hardworking warehouse associates to join our team and will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing and organizing inventory, and operating warehouse equipment.

Understanding the Role


The Warehouse Associate position is crucial to our daily operations at Viduka Group, This Role is the backbone of our logistics and supply chain.

The person holding this position is responsible for receiving, organizing, shipping of products and manage inventory efficiently.

An effective warehouse Associate recognizes the importance of paying attention to detail, distinct ability to work well under pressure, displays strong communication skills and is equipped with the necessary skills and experience to keep our warehouse running smoothly which in turn ensures timely delivery of products to your customers.




Key Responsibilities


1.⁠ ⁠Receive, count, and organize incoming shipments of goods to ensure that stocks are properly labeled, stored, and ready for distribution.

2. Fulfilling customer orders by selecting the appropriate items from the warehouse shelves and packing them for shipment.

3.⁠ ⁠Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.

4. Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment that includes but is not limited to aisles, storage areas, and workstations ensuring no obstructions or hazards.

5.⁠ ⁠Perform tasks and duties According to the warehouse’s Requirements and Deadlines.

6.⁠ Supervise the Cleaners whenever they are working in and outside the Warehouse.

7.⁠ ⁠Manage and organize warehouse inventory, restock installation crew vans, and return excess materials.

8. Record auditable activities as well as all incoming and outgoing products.

9. Ensure and Enforce all Visitors to the Warehouse to Abide by the Rules and Regulations Guiding Conducts and Etiquette.




Qualifications and Skills


1. Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or its equivalent.

2. Excellent communication skills.

3. Experience with warehouse/Factory Related operations, certification is an advantage.

4. Organizational skill and attention to detail is crucial.

5. Must Possess A Valid Canadian Driver's License.

6. Must be a Citizen or Permanent Residence Holder.
