Sessional Instructor: Low Poly Game Art, Faculty of Arts

OCAD University is seeking a qualified individual to fill a Sessional Instructor position in the Faculty of Arts & Science. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and teaching-related responsibilities in the area of Low Poly Game Art.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver course outlines, studio preparation, and lectures
- Conduct critiques, grading, mid-term evaluations, and final evaluations/reviews
- Ensure health and safety protocols are met and academic and curricular requirements are fulfilled
- Terminal degree in art, design, or relevant discipline
- Experience teaching at the post-secondary level (equivalent experience considered)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and experience promoting a respectful and inclusive work and learning environment
Sessional appointments are fixed-term annual contracts. Compensation includes a per-course pay scale with salary level of $6,871.00 (per 0.5 credit course) plus 7% in lieu of benefits and vacation pay, per the provisions of the Employment Standards Act.
