As a Sessional Instructor within the Faculty of Arts & Science, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Academic and Strategic Plan, focusing on themes such as positive impact, decolonization, indigenization, and equity.
Course Offering: DIGF-2014: Atelier I: Discovery (1.0 credit)
Course Overview: Delve into the intersections of digital science, art, design, and entrepreneurship through project-based research, lectures, and industry collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement course outlines while delivering engaging lectures
- Conduct grading and evaluations of student performance
- Foster a respectful and inclusive educational atmosphere
Required Qualifications:
- Terminal degree in art, design, or a related field
- Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven leadership in cultivating inclusive learning environments
Employment Terms: Sessional appointments are structured as fixed-term contracts. Compensation is based on a per-course pay scale and includes benefits.
