Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 By Wyndham Clifton Hill. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supervising a team of hotel staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of hotel staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as managing guest records, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or customer service role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
