Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global corporate tax responsibilities, with a focus on major regions including the USA, Canada, Europe, and EMEA.
- Prepare and evaluate corporate income tax submissions, ensuring adherence to local tax regulations.
- Manage state income tax filings and financial statement tax disclosures.

- Keep abreast of changing tax legislation and regulations to effectively inform business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Canadian or US CPA designation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in taxation.

Preferred Qualifications:
