About the Role

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our Global Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a full-year editorial calendar that aligns with our global marketing campaign goals and supports our overall brand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative agencies, freelance writers, and internal stakeholders to create high-quality content that resonates with our global audience.
  • Optimize and repurpose existing content to meet SEO best practices and work closely with our Growth, Analytics, and Performance teams to measure the impact of content strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to define key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of content strategies.
  • Create content that generates leads across various channels and formats, including email, website, campaign-specific content elements, and social media.
  • Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to brainstorm topics and establish key messages for B2B industry and technology content.
  • Review content performance against established objectives and KPIs to inform future content creation and production.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in B2B content marketing and suggest innovative ways to communicate with our audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of proven work experience in writing, copy editing, and proofreading, creating and adapting B2B digital and print content.
  • Portfolio of published work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with full proficiency in English and French.
