Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy Development
    • Analyze client content and platforms to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
    • Develop target personas and user scenarios to inform content creation
    • Design content and influence strategies to meet business objectives
    • Establish content objectives and key performance indicators
  • Content Production Oversight
    • Guide and review content production (text, photo, video) with internal or freelance teams
    • Ensure community management meets standards
    • Guide and oversee data collection and social media reporting
  • Client Advisory and Strategic Planning
    • Advise clients on content and influence strategies
    • Establish creative and effective strategic recommendations
    • Develop proposals and present recommendations to client teams and internal collaborators
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in content marketing and social media
  • Experience in strategic planning, digital content creation, SEO, and team supervision
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Complete mastery of French and English
  • Demonstrated ability to understand marketing objectives and be results-oriented
