Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of client projects, daily supervision of construction sites, and design and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project onboarding and documentation
  • Supervise construction sites and ensure compliance with client document controls
  • Collaborate with internal resources and design build contractors
  • Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Assist with project closeout and turnover documentation
  • Work with the Business Development Group to acquire proposal documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager
  • Experience with worksite supervision and security clearance
  • Willingness to work towards CAPM, PMP, or similar certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
  • Bilingual with English and French
