Bilingual Project Manager

About the Role
The Bilingual Project Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for planning and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects. This role requires a high degree of client service orientation, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, budget, and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and requirements.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource and budget allocation, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor project delivery against timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Oversee the activities of project team members and monitor project task completion.
- Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues as needed.
- Manage client expectations and ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- College or University degree in architectural technology, construction technology, engineering technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of project management work experience.
- Solid ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all requirements.
- Advanced ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and performance.
- Fully bilingual in French and English.

- LEED certification or in progress.
