About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Spa Attendant/Cleaner who will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities. In this position, you will help foster a pristine and welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our spa.

You will report directly to our Spa Manager.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all treatment settings are prepared to the highest quality standards that reflect S&T's premium brand
  • Maintain proper sanitation of treatment rooms after each guest
  • Encourage, inspire, and build relationships with team members to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive culture
  • Participate in promotional events, photo and video shoots, and marketing campaigns
  • Alert management when supplies are low, or equipment requires maintenance or repair

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality preferred
  • Responsibilities include pool and cleaning management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Passionate about fitness and health
