Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
  • Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Determine and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
